How to Keep You and The Kids Active On a Rainy Day

Everyone dreams of a perfect vacation filled with sun and fun for everyone in the family. However, a perfect holiday may not be in the picture, especially if the sun hides away and the clouds and rain move in. Cancun Wax Museum at La Isla

This is an awesome place to visit with kids and adults. While checking out the museum, you can take pictures with your camera to take home to family and friends. The museum has more than 100 figures with famously well-known names. You might even see Elvis Presley or a favorite rock band.

La Isla Movie Theater

Located at the La Isla complex, there are movies every day of the week. It’s an excellent opportunity to visit the movie theater and then grab a meal.

Luxury Avenue Mall

The mall at Luxury Avenue is easy to get to and isn’t just for shopping (although we all love a little shopping now and again). In addition to the fantastic stores, there are also several eating venues, from high-end restaurants to casual food. It’s a great way to forget about a rainy day!

Museo Maya de Cancún

If you’re interested in culture and anthropology, you won’t want to miss out on visiting the Museo Maya de Cancun. This museum has close to 400 artifacts on display regarding Mayan Culture. There is also an outdoor area you can see; that being said, bring a raincoat in case it rains that day.

The Interactive Aquarium of Cancun

Also located at La Isla, this interactive aquarium is worth the visit, especially on a rainy day. Here, you will find our local sea life and have the opportunity to touch our stingrays. At the aquarium, you’ll also be able to see dolphins and close to 2,000 other species of marine creatures. This is a great experience for kids and adults alike!
